Signed webhooks report offer.submitted, contract.signed and supplier.approved to your systems; you can trigger them for testing straight from the settings. Lists export as CSV or XLS. Both are included in the base price.
The REST API /api/v1 is switched on and paid for. It reads tenders, suppliers, offers and categories — and writes tenders, suppliers and categories. Offers stay read-only: an offer is authored in the supplier portal. It comes with OpenAPI documentation and service accounts whose keys you issue, rotate and revoke; one key sees everything in the tenant. Direct ERP connectivity is on the roadmap.
For sign-in: OIDC SSO for your buying side against your existing identity provider, as a paid add-on. Suppliers sign in with their own account.
