  • Swiss hosting on request

    For your instance we set up an environment with a Swiss provider on request; our demo and test environments run in Germany. On-Premise runs in your own infrastructure — you decide the location.

  • GDPR and DSG compliant

    Built to be operated under the revDSG and GDPR: separation of roles, change log, separate instances. What operations contribute — location, backup, data processing agreement — is fixed in your quote.

  • Role-based access

    Granular permissions and user roles.

  • Activity Log

    Comprehensive activity log across all business objects.

  • Encrypted in transit

    Transport is TLS-encrypted throughout. Encryption at rest is not part of the standard setup today — where you need it, we agree it in your quote.

  • SSO with your identity provider

    OIDC SSO for the buying side as an add-on, set up with your existing IdP. Without SSO: user management with invitation and password. Suppliers sign in with their own account — optionally with a second factor via authenticator app, enforceable for the whole instance.

There is no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, and we do not imply one. What you need for your own review — location, backup concept, SLA, data processing agreement — we put in writing in your quote.
