    Draft and approve answers to supplier questions, prepare messages to suppliers.

    Search by category, create and complete suppliers, add contact persons.

  • Contracts

    Look up contracts, maintain their details and record notes. New contracts are created in the portal.

  • Appointment scheduling

    Create scheduling polls, put together proposed dates, start a new round.

The assistant proposes, you confirm in the portal with one click. Only the person themselves can confirm. The confirmation is valid for 60 minutes and lapses if the record changes in the meantime.

Connected in three steps

Each person connects their own assistant — no shared key.

    Enable

    Your administration allows personal AI access. It is switched off out of the box.

    Connect

    You issue yourself a key in your profile under “My AI access”. Assistants in the browser connect without a key via “Sign in with e-Request”.

    Work

    You ask in plain language. The assistant acts as you, with your permissions in the portal; the activity log shows your name with “via AI assistant”.

Which assistants fit

Any assistant that can connect to an MCP server over HTTP. The names are examples, not a tested compatibility list.

  • Assistants in the browser

    Connect without a key via “Sign in with e-Request” (OAuth).

    For example Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio.

  • On the desktop and in the IDE

    With a personal key from “My AI access”.

    For example Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code with GitHub Copilot.

  • Models running in-house

    An open or in-house model behind any MCP-capable client or agent framework.

    For example n8n or your own agent.

What your administration decides

The rules apply to every access on your instance and can be changed at any time.

  • Off out of the box

    Personal AI access only exists once your administration allows it.

  • Time-limited

    Every access expires. You set the maximum between 7 and 365 days; a reminder arrives seven days before expiry.

  • “Internal writes only”

    One switch, and binding steps disappear entirely — not even offered for confirmation. Can the assistant send anything outside then? No.

  • Withhold amounts

    Budgets and offer amounts reach the model only as long as you allow it.

  • Overview and revocation

    Every access and connected assistant on one page, each revocable on its own.

  • Technical keys stay read-only

    Service accounts for n8n or your own agents read via MCP but do not write.

What the assistant does not do

  • It never runs a binding step by itself.
  • It sees nothing you cannot see in the portal.
  • It does not administer — no users, roles or settings.
  • It does not upload documents and does not create contracts.
  • e-Request sends no data to an AI provider. Your assistant fetches what your permissions let it see.
